On the 4th of July we celebrated by going to watch fireworks with our life group friends from church. We sat in a parking lot to watch 2 local fireworks shows.
The boys brought their Nintendo DSs to keep them busy until it got dark.
Jacob's headphones were so cute I had to take a picture!
We waved the flags to get into the patriotic spirit (they look so spirited don't they?)
The parking lot we were in just happened to be right next to Dairy Queen so of course we got some yummy treats!
Everyone gathered to watch..."Ooooh Ahhhh Ohhh"
We moved over to the grass to get a better view. Tony decided to take a little nap!
The kids jumped in the back of Scott's truck to get a better view.
Some of them decided to sit in the back of a van instead.
Jacob loved being in the back of the truck though! He stayed up there after all the other kids got out!
