On Saturday we went downtown to see the city sights of San Antonio.
All the boys ended up wearing plaid shorts and Quicksilver tees and they were just too handsome not to take a picture!

Amanda and Mia - pretty girls!We bought tickets to go on a boat cruise and there was a HUGE group ahead of (a family reunion) so we decided to get something to eat while we waited our turn.
We went to Rita's to get some Mexican food (and margaritas!!)

Jacob and Mia played a game together while we waited for our food.
Nick and Caleb worked independently.
Our food was quite yummy!
After lunch we took a river boat cruise and learned all kinds of interesting San Antonio facts from our boat captain (actually, he had a really think accent and we could barely understand him but he had a lot of spunk!)
It was SO hot on the boat ride!
These two smiled through the sweat!

When the cruise was done we ventured up to street level and went to the Texas Rangers Museum (well the lobby and the gift shop anyway!)
Mia was nearly pounced on by a lion - watch out! (or is she about to attack it?)
Doug played us a tune on the player piano!
Next it was on to the San Antonio Children's Museum!
